Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions for using the individually developed app Junior Nurse Exam Practice (准看護師試験過去問) (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. What the App Provides
The App provides features such as past-exam practice, listening mode, flashcards, PDF export, and AI study advice on an “as-is” basis (as provided at the time). Features may be added, changed, or discontinued without prior notice.
2. Disclaimer (Important)
- The App supports your study but does not guarantee that you will pass the junior nurse exam. The developer bears no responsibility for your study results or exam outcome.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of the questions, options, correct answers, or explanations. If you find an error, please let us know via “Report a question” on each question (we will review and fix it).
- The content is for study purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Follow official information and the instructions of professionals for practical and clinical decisions.
- The developer bears no responsibility for interruption, suspension, or termination of the service, loss of data, or malfunctions caused by your device or network environment. Please use sign-in syncing for important data.
3. Intellectual Property and Sources
The included past-exam questions conform to content published by each administering body (see “Credits” in the App for sources). Explanations are written independently by the App. The App is not an official app of any administering body.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise commercially use the content (questions, explanations, images, audio, etc.) without permission
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
- Gain unauthorized access, place excessive load on servers or networks, or interfere with operation
- Submit false reports or otherwise act to the detriment of the developer or third parties
- Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
5. Ads and Account
The App shows ads via Google AdMob. For details on data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
You can use all features as a guest. Signing in lets you sync records across devices. You can delete your account and server-side data yourself from “Settings → Delete account (アカウントを 全部消す)”.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced within the App or in the project’s distribution channel. If you continue to use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
