If you wish to delete your account and the data associated with it from the mobile app “Junkangoshi Shiken Kakomon” (准看護師試験過去問), please follow the steps below.
You can delete the learning data of your signed-in account in one action.
The app will sign you out automatically and clear local data on the device.
You can still delete your data by following these steps:
Your server-side learning data remains intact until you complete the in-app deletion, so signing in again will restore access to your previous learning history.
The in-app deletion removes the following server-side data:
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
User row (users) |
Internal user identifier and last-access timestamp |
Answer history (records) |
Results of each answered question (correct/incorrect, selected option, timestamp, mode) |
Bookmarks (bookmarks) |
List of question IDs you starred for later review |
If you delete from inside the app, learning preferences and cached files on the device are also cleared.
The in-app action deletes your learning data, but for safety reasons the authentication record itself (the email address and OAuth links held in auth.users) cannot be deleted from inside the app.
If you want your authentication account, including your email address, fully removed, please contact us at the address below with the email you used to sign in. We will delete it promptly after verification.
The app does not store user-identifying data outside of what is listed above. We do not collect behavioral analytics or payment information.
Server access logs may be retained by the cloud provider (Supabase) for up to 30 days for incident investigation. These logs are not stored in a directly identifiable format.
Learning data is removed immediately when you confirm the in-app deletion. Full deletion of the authentication account is handled promptly after we receive your request.
